Very nearby Salerno stands a little village called Badia di Cava. The origins of Badia di Cava date back to 1200. The location is splendid, surrounded as it is by lovely dales and green mountains, embellished by typical mediterranean bush. Badia di Cava is somehow unique: it lies out of the beaten track and yet within easy reach of some of the world’s most beautiful coasts like the amalfi coast and the cilento one. It is in the middle of this idyllic spot that BED&BREAKFAST ILI’S stands. The church of Avvocata is situated on the shelf of the Myrtle-grove Mountain feet of the Falerzio Mountain (1024 meters) at about 900 meters on the sea, to the top of a long rocky wall. They have completely restored internally and externally the church, with new frescos inside, with magnificent glass windows and continuos structural jobs, making inhabitable the cells of the monks and the spaces again in council.
