The accomodation “Biennale” is located in S. Elena, a pretty and lovely and green iseland at just twenty/thirty minutes, walking, from St. Mark square.At only five minutes, by “bus-boat” from the near boat-stop (eiver Giardini-Biennale or S.Elena boat-stop). It is up to three steeps from ground level, and including one pretty nice small flat with kitchenette SELF-CATERING, sitting room with one confortable sofa-bed for one people, one double sleeping room (it is possible have two shared beds). A nice and new bathroom (Wc-bidet-sink-one big and confortable shower). There is a good size color TV and internet plug connection Wi-FI included in the price. -We also have avalable an indipendent double-room,for two persons, plus small fridge, elettric-coffe and elettric-thea, machine, and food, for breakfast (having not use of the kithchen).TV,dvd, and internet plague connection (normally not included in the price). -We are conventioned for breakfast(just in case You prefere having breakfast outside the rooms7the flat), with the close bar at Biennale garden, in front of Biennale-Giardini boat-stop. -The prices become more expencive for International mooving festival time (betwine Aug. 28th till Sept.10th, about). -
