1) - The Structure: The B&B, placed in a favourable position, 10 minutes from St.Mark's Square by boat and 300 meters from the beach, offers a pleasent stay with comfort and elegance, enjoying wonderful lagoon views. Easily accessible by car in the Ferry-boat and well connected with the airport and the railway-station, it represents the ideal solution to avoid crowds in the historical center and to relax on the golden sands of the Lido, a small island in front St.Mark's Square.

2) - The Suites: When you are just a couple, we provide some Suites (room+ living) of the apartments, fournismed with minibar, airconditioning/heating, SAT-TV, CD player. Private entrance. You can enjoy a wonderful lagoon view or a relaxing garden overlook. We also dispose of a suite on B&B basis.

3) - Railway Station and Piazzale Roma (car terminal): public boat line 51 and 61 (every 10 minutes) to Lido and than 5 minutes walk to the left, along the lagoon. To reach the island by car: board the Ferryboat at Tronchetto (close to Piazzale Roma). From Venice Airport: direct connection by public boat Alilaguna to Lido every 30 minutes.
