1) - Located on the fertile Liberto hill, near the town of Fiumefreddo, in the land of Calatabiano, the farmhouse Serra San Biagio enjoys an enviable position between Mount Etna and the sea in the natural reserve of Fiumefreddo. The Farmhouse overlooks that trait of Jonio Sea less known to tourists and characterized by crystal clear water. We welcome our guest in a nineteenth century farmhouse with a millstone (transformed in an elegant hall, reception and bar) and barn (converted in a two-level restaurant) restored according to the original style and material of the local rural architecture. The restaurant has 76 seats. The reception displays a small collection of object of rural culture belonging to the peasants who used to work that very land. We offer all the comforts of a prestigious hospitality: cold and hot running waters, in-suite bathrooms, frigobar, air conditioning, large reception, solarium, swimming pool, tennis courts, parking. The total number of bed seats is 21. The Farmhouse is open all-year long with a two-night minimum stay. Serra San Biagio, as a farm, is specialized in the cultivation of mangoes.

2) - Room are elegantly equipped with craftmade furnitures in heartwood designed in the Sicilian style of early nineteenth century. The view from the room overlooks Mount Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe, the Ionian Sea up to the Riposto Bay, Torre Archirafi, and, from the other side, Taormina and CastelMola.

3) - Restaurant The former storeroom of the farmhouse is the location of the restaurant built on two levels. However, the propitious weather conditions allow to eat outdoor in the beatiful terrace the overlooks at Marina di S. Marco, Marina di Cottone, S. Anna until Torre Archirafi: all the bay is dominated by the imposing presence of Mount Etna. The outdoor restaurant can accommodate up to 200 people ideal for banquets and receptions. Sicilian cuisine is strictly linked to the yearly stages of agriculture and its productive cycles, eschewing processed ingredients. Consequently, the restaurant offers a wide range of natural products prepared in different fashion: simple or elaborate dishes, according to tastes. Our chef uses the products of the land of the farmhouse, from its organic olive oil, offspring of age-old olive trees, which of its intrinsic characteristic can be defined extra-virgin, to the seasonal product: potatoes, cauliflowers, fava beans, tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, and so on. Every beginning of September our customers enjoy the real Sicilian mango, the fruit of the specialized cultivation of our farm. Furthermore the restaurant offers a wide selection of meat, selected as for their provenience, and, of course, fresh fishes of the Ionian Sea. Typical sweets and cakes will terminate an unforgettable meal. The wine list, strictly composed of Sicilian wines, allows a propitious coupling with the food prepared by out chef; on the other hand, Marsala, Malvasia, and Passito wines match with delicious desserts
